Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The room was warm and comfortable, with the added bonus of a secure electronic safe, but it was so narrow that it was a challenge to move around, especially as the window was drafty and made the room cold on the chillier nights. The pricing was very budget-friendly for a Manhattan location, so that was a big plus. The service, however, left a lot to be desired with some staff being extremely rude and unhelpful, although others were friendly and accommodating. The location was superb, offering easy access to the metro and notable landmarks, but there were minor inconveniences like the noise from the street bins and the poor quality of the pillows. The dining options were limited to basic items with no fresh food or hot options, making it a paltry experience. Despite some shortcomings, my overall experience was decent due to the great location and comfortable room.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is awesome, just 20 meters from the Subway and a bus stop, making it very convenient to get around. The rooms were comfortable, although I noticed some insulation tape around one of the double rooms. The service was fantastic, especially Marilynn who was helpful when I had questions. However, the dining experience was subpar with limited options for breakfast.
The hotel is conveniently located just 10 feet away from a metro station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are small but completely comfortable, functional, and clean, although they can be a bit cold at night. The service was attentive, helpful, and kind, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, extremely close to a subway station with impressive subway art nearby. The dining experience provided very fresh options but may not be suitable for those expecting a traditional continental breakfast. Overall, a good value for money option with some minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though small, were always clean, but noise could be an issue on weekends. The staff, especially Marilynn, were helpful and cheerful, offering a bright spot in the stay. The location was convenient, close to the subway, but the noise from the road could disturb at night. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited and low-quality breakfast options.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and nice, equipped with a kitchenette and TV, though a bit small. The service was a bit mixed but overall good. The location was excellent, right near the subway and parking deck. The dining was basic but satisfying. Overall, a great value for money with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel may not have an escalator, but it's a comfortable and spacious stay, ideal for young travelers who don't mind cozy rooms despite some outside noise. The private bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and air conditioning add extra convenience.
The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and bus access, ideal for exploring Chelsea Market and the High Line. While the rooms were satisfactory with microwaves, the dining experience was subpar with limited food options.
The hotel is located in a hip area, close to the High Line and surrounded by bars and restaurants in the Meatpacking District. The rooms, while not very spacious, are beautifully decorated and include a handy kitchen. The service is top-notch, with the staff being accommodating and friendly. However, there were some issues with the night clerk insisting we were not supposed to be in our room. The dining experience was quite simple with just basic breakfast items. The hotel's location is fantastic for exploring different areas of New York, but some noise issues were noted with spare rooms being used for accommodations.
